It helps me deal with your problem, point or issue quicker if you can include the following information when contacting me - thank you:

- Any reference numbers (e.g. National Insurance number, CSA Reference number etc) associated with the problem
- If it is not about you - the relationship (if any) to the person you are contacting me about. In most instances I will need written consent from that person to take up their problem.

Advice Centres
I hold two advice centres per week where people living in South Portsmouth can come and talk to me about any subject.
You can make an appointment to come and see me at my office at 1A, Albert Road in Southsea -by phoning 023 92 861055. Or you can go without an appointment to the City of Portsmouth Girls' School in St Mary's Road, Fratton between 6pm-7pm on Monday evenings (except bank holidays).
My office
You are welcome to pop into my office at 1A, Albert Road, Southsea PO5 2SE to leave letters for me, make an appointment or get help and advice from my staff during office hours - 9.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 10am-1pm on Saturdays.
My office is located at the Victoria Road end of Albert Road - very near the junction with Victoria Road South. It is opposite the Goose at the V&A pub (used to be the old police station). There is a second-hand bookshop one side and a clothes shop called Dress Code the other.
People living outside Portsmouth South
I can normally only help my own constituents. If you are not one of my constituents you should in the first instance contact your own MP. My constituency - Portsmouth South is south of Sultan Road, Powerscourt Road, Tangier Road. If you live in Portsmouth north of this then you should contact the MP for Portsmouth North, Sarah McCarthy-Fry.
