Council of Europe and FCO Human Rights Update

Mike has today been in Paris at a meeting of the Monitoring Committee, which followed yesterday's Political Affairs Committee, at the Council of Europe. Delegations were, amongst other things, discussing how to improve human rights in countries such as Ukraine, Serbia and Bosnia.
Mike has also published a recent letter from Jeremny Browne at the FCO on the UK stance on human rights issues which can be found here.
